Nick Adams

is a founding member of Pathfinders. He is married to his beautiful wife Rachel and they have four wonderful children Caitlin, Alexandra, Elliot and Kabeer. He is a senior pastor in Johnson City and has a passion for youth. He has worked countless hours assisting youth in their exploration of the outdoors in venues such as rock climbing, rappelling, backpacking, and more. Nick has a passion to introduce students to Christ and enable them to grow in their relationship with God and as leaders.

Clay O’Connell

is a founding member of Pathfinders. He has served in youth ministry for over 17 years and has been at Pathfinders since its founding in 2003. Clay’s amazing wife Beth, also has a heart to serve at the camp as well as serving internationally with a focus on public health of small communities.

Brad Wight

was raised in the East Tennessee region, and has spent his young adult and adult life, so far, in youth ministry. He has always had a passion for students and for Jesus and has been a part of the Pathfinders family since 2009. Ever since his first time on campus, he has had a love for and commitment to Pathfinders. He and his wife, Audrey, actually met and were married at Pathfinders. He says that he feels privileged to have God call him to ministry here.
