Nick Adams is the founder and director of Pathfinders. He is married to his beautiful wife Rachel and they have two wonderful daughters Caitlin and Alexandra. He is a senior pastor in Johnson City and has a passion for youth. He has worked countless hours assisting youth in their exploration of the outdoors in venues such as rock climbing, rappelling, backpacking, and more. Nick has a passion to introduce students to Christ and enable them to grow in their relationship with God and as leaders.
Clay O’Connell is a founding member of Pathfinders and now serves as program director. Clay has served youth for more than a decade. Clay and his amazing wife, Beth have also worked with students in outdoor adventures such as backpacking, rock climbing, ropes courses and more. Clay has served as the director of programming at Pathfinders since 2003.

Bentley Hively has been a volunteer at Pathfinders since its inception and has been the director of ministry development since 2008. Bentley has served youth for over a decade, at Pathfinders, her local church and in the local Spanish speaking community. Her passion is to see student's lives changed by creating a relationship with Jesus as their Savior. Bentley is fervent about empowering students to reach far beyond the realm in which they think they are capable, empowering them to accomplish their destiny both physically and spiritually. Bentley has worked with students in many settings including: backpacking, rock climbing, horse back riding and whitewater rafting.
